1. Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all accessories.
2. How to Request a Return

Clear photo(s) showing the issue
Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Items without original packaging

Products that are used or damaged due to misuse

Change-of-mind purchases
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected:

We will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued depending on the situation.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

After this window, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof (photos or video), and we will offer a free replacement or refund based on the situation.
